About BIOECONOMY GIANTS
BIOECONOMY GIANTS aims to unlock the potential of Europe’s unutilised biomass by integrating primary producers and other rural actors into the bioeconomy value chain, promoting cooperative and circular bio-based business models (CCBBMs), and fostering new forms of collaboration between rural actors and bio-based industries.
The ultimate goal is to create a more sustainable, prosperous, and competitive bioeconomy, where primary producers play a central role in driving innovation and value creation.
The project is supported by the Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking (CBE JU) and its members and is funded by the European Union.
