Membership in BIOEAST HUB CR is free of charge, both legal and natural persons can become members by signing a Memorandum of Cooperation.
Each member of BIOEAST HUB CR has the right to appoint one representative to the BIOEAST HUB CR Steering Committee, which manages the activities of BIOEAST HUB CR. The Steering Committee is headed by a coordinator. The Steering Committee will meet at regular intervals, but at least twice a year. Minutes of the Steering Committee meetings will always be taken.
A member of BIOEAST HUB CR has the right to use the HUB CR logo and other elements of corporate identity. A member of BIOEAST HUB CR is obliged to follow the rules set out in the Corporate Identity Manual, in particular not to use the logo in situations leading to the dehonesty of BIOEAST HUB CR, activities that are contrary to the principles of bioeconomy.
