this Communication sets out a vision of what a successful digital transformation will mean for Europeans by 2030.
This initiative includes:
- a clear ambition based on common targets
- digital principles serving people
- a framework to scale up European strategic capacities via multi-country projects
- a governance structure between the EU and the Member States, and actions to engage with the public.
