4th Annual Socratic Dialogue Event: ‘Shaping the Future of Food: A Multi-Actor Journey Toward a Sustainable Bioeconomy‘
On behalf of the Green ERA-Hub (GEH) consortium, we are pleased to invite you to the 4th Annual Socratic Dialogue Event ‘Shaping the Future of Food: A Multi-Actor Journey Toward a Sustainable Bioeconomy ‘, organised back-to-back with the the GEH Masterclass “Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Impact.”
The events will be hosted by the Flemish Research Institute for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (ILVO) in Ghent, Belgium, on 12 and 13 May 2026.
· The transnational cooperation event Annual Socratic Dialogue Event is full day event that will start at 10:30 on 12 May 2026 including also a social dinner.
· The interactive Masterclass is also a day event that will conclude at 15:00 on 13 May 2026.
The events will bring together key actors - including research funders, programme managers, researchers and other relevant stakeholders – to explore effective ways of working together to stimulate joint programming initiatives in Europe. The programme will offer a dynamic platform for networking, discussion, learning, and the exchange of experiences in the fields of bioeconomy and food systems. The programme includes also a visit to ILVO campus and food related scientific activities.

Limited reimbursement for travel and accommodation expenses may be available for one representative per institution when needed.
